The Windham County Consortium on Substance Use (COSU) is a project incubator and a funding vehicle for substance use and drug user health related projects in Windham County, Vermont.
We are working to shift power toward those most impacted by examining and dismantling oppressive structures within our organizations, community, and the consortium itself. We combine evidence-based practices with the lived experience of our most impacted community members to meet the needs of our community, together.
